Don't let money stop you from considering college or a particular college. There is a big price tag on education, especially certain colleges including private colleges. However, financial aid is available and is typically based on financial need. Grants and scholarships (which do NOT need to be paid back), loans (which DO need to be paid back), and work-study (earning money in college) together constitute financial aid to make college affordable.
