End of Semester Reminders

 

  • Classes are available during winter break. Students are HIGHLY encouraged to use these two weeks to complete work and make significant progress toward their credits. Teachers will likely not be available, so talk to your teachers BEFORE break to make sure you have what you need to complete assignments.
  • Dates can be added to Weekly to-do lists so students can see winter break in their schedules. Watch THIS TUTORIAL to learn how or ask your support specialist for assistance.
  • Students who are behind in or have not started a class and will not earn credit cannot drop the class to avoid a failing grade.
  • The minimum final grade to earn high school credit is 60%. Anything above that may result in a higher grade, but 60% is passing with a D.
  • Failed classes required for graduation will need to be retaken; it could displace another course wanted or needed if it is a prerequisite or takes precedence..
