Chill Breaks

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, frazzled? Try out one of these chill breaks - activities are 2, 5 or 10 minutes, all designed to help you reduce stress.

Self Reflection: Pick a random chill break. Evaluate your stress level (1-10) before you use the break. Go through the chill break. Re-evaluate your stress level after. Did it reduce your stress level by even one point?
